During this live Zoom session, we’ll guide you through simple, gentle activities you can practice with your baby on the floor, supporting body awareness, freedom of movement, and natural development through play.

This session will be guided by three infant development instructors from Canada, Spain, and Italy, each bringing a unique professional background:

We share the same baby-led developmental approach, combining our professional perspectives to help parents better understand and support their babies' natural movement and development.

What to Expect

This is not a lecture! You'll be on the floor with your baby, following along with us in real time.

Together, we'll explore tummy time, movement, body awareness, and simple developmental play that can become part of your everyday routine.

If your baby is sleeping, feeding, or needs a break during the session, that's perfectly fine! You're welcome to watch, learn, and practice the activities later when your baby is ready.

No previous experience is needed.
